Sales Representative-Territories of TN, MS, AL and AR

Essential Functions
Present and sell all company products to new and existing customers to ensure we are
maintaining or increasing business.
Prospect, qualify, and contact potential customers (leads) to increase sales revenue,
improve margin and grow the total number of accounts in the territory.
Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and
landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with
optimal value.
Close sales and ensure customers' orders are entered and needs are met to ensure we
are capturing sales and responding to customer needs.
Partner with the customer relative to their goals but also bring ideas to educate the
customer and positively challenge them to think differently.
Attend regional industry events and sales training as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture or related field highly desired and/or minimum of 2
years of sales or customer service experience in horticulture or related field required.
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office OS or related products required.
