Your tasks and responsibilities

·       Support grower and broker accounts to assist in resolving specific technical challenges

·       Prepare customer facing training documents and bulletins that relate to pathology and other technical topics

·       Conduct educational webinars for grower and broker customers on new or updated technical practices in all crop categories including phytopathology issues

·       Approval of quality claims

·       Responsible for verifying technical guide content

·       Stay current on university, trade, and internal research being conducted and keep teams informed accordingly

·       Communicate/share information internally and externally

·       Provide feedback to farms, technical team, product managers and sales on cutting quality & issues

·       Facilitate meeting with Sales and Product Managers throughout the selling cycle and beyond

·       Serve as the initial point on contact and North American liaison for GreenCare – Dümmen Orange’s phytosanity program


Your Profile

·       Degree in Plant Science, Plant Pathology or equivalent experiences
