Senior Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager/Master Data Manager

Our organization grows and flourishes. This results in a fast-changing and, therefore, challenging environment. For our IT Department in our McHutchison and Vaughan’s business unit we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

As Business Systems Analyst you will to prioritize, plan, define requirements, coordinate testing, manage IT enhancements & projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

We are looking for the individual to live in Columbus, OH, or Naperville, IL. However, this position can also be remote.

Your essential functions include:

  • Identifies IT business solution requirements by working with customers; analyzing business processes; establishing solution objectives; and evaluating systems functionality to identify gaps.
  • Prepares project estimates by collaborating with IT; identifying resource allocations and equipment costs; establishing timelines and milestones.
  • Prioritize work efforts by serving as a bridge between the business and the project team
  • Creating and delivering related user documentation and end-user training.
  • Verifies business systems solutions by creating test plans and scripts; conducting unit and integration testing in conjunction with customers using QA processes.
  • Delivers enhancements and contributes to small-scale technology projects. Maintains delivered solutions by supporting configuration for existing applications; implementing improvements.
  • Develops expertise in one or several business areas.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Critical Experience

  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – fearless, thoughtful and tactful.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of project management (Agile and waterfall) principles and planning.
  • Good understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  • Quick learner with the ability to become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
  • Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
  • Experience with Jira is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in IT-related field or experience in business process. development required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • Both domestic and International travel - up to 10%.

Salary range for this role is $71,000 up to $90,000 dependent on experience.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
