Sales Representative-Territories of TN, MS, AL and AR

Work location:  Remote

 

Essential Functions

 Present and sell all company products to new and existing customers to ensure we are

maintaining or increasing business.

 Prospect, qualify, and contact potential customers (leads) to increase sales revenue,

improve margin and grow the total number of accounts in the territory.

 Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and

landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with

optimal value. 

 Close sales and ensure customers' orders are entered and needs are met to ensure we

are capturing sales and responding to customer needs.

 Partner with the customer relative to their goals but also bring ideas to educate the

customer and positively challenge them to think differently.

 Attend regional industry events and sales training as needed.

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture or related field highly desired and/or minimum of 2

years of sales or customer service experience in horticulture or related field required.

 Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office OS or related products required.
