We are seeking a mid-level ERP Systems Analyst to join our international IT department. This position is ideally based out of Columbus, OH, though flexibility exists for highly qualified candidates located in other US regions.

In this role, you will be a key driver in supporting, safeguarding, and continuously enhancing our PAT Horticulture Software—our core live ERP ecosystem—across our North American and global sales and production entities. You will join a collaborative, cross-border IT team  located across the United States, the Netherlands, and Germany.

·         System Optimizations & Enhancements: Identify operational bottlenecks, translate complex business requirements into technical system modifications, and implement continuous improvements within the PAT ecosystem.

·         Process Alignment: Partner with cross-functional business leads to document, refine, and configure specialized horticultural workflows (e.g., crop cycle management, production forecasting, inventory, and logistics) within the ERP.

·         Integration & Lifecycle Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and safeguard our interconnected application landscape, helping interface PAT seamlessly with external finance, HR, or climate-control software.

·         Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform rigorous technical IT testing on supplier-delivered feature updates and hotfixes, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside key business users.

·         EDI Pipeline Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) pipelines linking our ERP system to new and existing commercial retail customers.

·         Collaboration & Alignment: Travel occasionally (including domestic travel to regional facilities and occasional international trips to our headquarters in the Netherlands) to ensure deep alignment with business stakeholders and IT colleagues.

Required Experience and Education

·         Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting and enhancing live ERP environments.

·         ERP Domain Knowledge: Prior experience supporting or using PAT Horticulture Software is highly advantageous. Alternatively, deep experience with comparable Agribusiness ERP platforms (e.g., Mprise Agriware, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage) combined with green-sector supply chain knowledge will be considered.

·         Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience writing Oracle or Microsoft SQL queries; strong capability in analyzing database schemas and checking data integrity.

·         Methodology: Proven background in project coordination, bug tracking, and functional business process modeling.

·         Mindset: Strong analytical framework balancing a strategic "helicopter view" of corporate operations with strict attention to technical details.

·         Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills tailored for cross-functional collaboration with international stakeholders.

·         Location & Eligibility: Must be based in the United States (preferably Columbus, OH) and legally authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
